Amara La Negra spoke to VladTV about picking up on colorism as a young child while working on the longest-running variety show in television history, Sábado Gigante. She revealed that she was the darkest girl to ever appear on the show, and Amara added that when she was 6-years-old she witnessed colorism for the first time after a comment made by the show's hairdresser.
