Chris Olcott is having a drink with his wife and another couple at the end of the busy bar.

A man and a woman approach to get a drink, squeezing past Mr Olcott.

Growing frustrated with the couple, he shoves the woman with his rear.

An aggressive act from a bigger man but little did the woman know her summer afternoon was about to take a nasty turn.

Both parties seem to exchange pushes before Mr Olcott begins his violent rampage.

Camile Chavez and Isaac McCormack were both treated in hospital for concussion.

After a 13-day trial, Mr Oclott pleaded guilty to a misdemeanour assault charge and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.
